My order showed up packed way better than I expected. The box was clean, nothing was rattling around or crushed, and it felt like someone took a little extra care with it. If this is how they handle one order, I’d assume they’re careful with the rest too. No complaints here.

I ordered from Safe Life Defense expecting things to move along fairly quickly, but the processing time tested my patience. For a few days it felt like my order was just sitting there doing nothing, and I kept checking for updates because I had no idea what was going on. Customer service did respond, which I appreciated, but it didn’t really make the wait any less irritating. Once the items finally shipped, everything was fine, but the delay made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not one I’d be eager to repeat.

I had to wait a few days for my refund, so it wasn’t the fastest experience, but the support team did reply and kept things moving. In the end, the refund came through like they said it would. Based on my experience, it wasn’t perfect, but I appreciated that they followed up and got it sorted.

That said, the movement itself is still decent, so it’s not like it becomes awkward or hard to use. Just something I’d keep in mind if you’re planning to use it for a long stretch.

I followed the size chart and the vest fit exactly how I hoped it would, snug without feeling too tight. Didn’t have to deal with an exchange or anything, which was a nice surprise.

It fits well and most days you can barely see it under my shirts. I did feel a little pressured to make sure it wasn’t noticeable, but overall it stays discreet.
